Our shipping fees generally depend on the weight of stuff and the destination.we ship to worldwide,the shipping fees is different to every country.

Preparing Time: we need 3-5 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day.


All orders ship, on average, within 24-60 hours protectively packaged and U.S. shipments are fully secured with tracking number.

Carrier may change service provisions and rates without prior notice.


 USPS ,DHL EXPRESS ,FEDEX, EMS , ARAMEX with Tracking, RITZ TREND SHOP is not responsible for loss or damage. Customer is required to initiate claim with carrier.

*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Shipping charges will vary depending upon destination and the number of items in your order. Shipping costs are shown and calculated prior to checkout. Add items to your shopping cart and click the Checkout link. The Shipping Rates Calculator is located at the bottom of the Cart page. Use it to estimate shipping costs and to determine destinations we ship to.


Shipment tracking links are sent immediately after the carrier picks up the order for delivery. Delivery status can be obtained from either the Order Detail page of your RITZ TREND SHOP. account or links in the shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for initial online tracking information to become available.


If your order requires special handling including but not limited to special packaging, labeling, or bar-coding, submit request to for approval prior to placing the order. Customers requesting special handling of orders are subject to handling fees, which are determined based on need and ordering history.


If item(s) on the packing slip are not received please notify Asia Icm Trend Shop. at within 3 business days of the delivery date. Once Asia Icm Trend Shop . has completed an inventory audit count and verified a short shipment has occurred, shorted products will be shipped at Asia Icm Trend Shop  expense. 


If you do not receive your order, even though the carrier tracking data signals delivery, notify Asia Icm Trend Shop. at

 within 3 days after the stated delivery date. RITZ TREND SHOP. will initiate a trace and/or claim with the carrier, which can take 60 to 120 days for the carrier to complete. We will notify you via email of the carrier findings.


RITZ TREND SHOP we are not responsible for any actions by customs  of your country takes against your package. If your package is held at customs we will attempt to have it released, if not then there is nothing we can do.

 All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to received your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.

We hope that all of our valued customers can appreciate and understand that we have no control of the international shipping process after the package has been dispatched from our warehouse. For delayed orders in which the package was shipped within the normal processing period, we may deal with them on a case-by-case basis, please contact us by submitting a ticket, or chatting with us online.


Shipping charges are non-refundable for unclaimed or undelivered deliveries. If a shipment is undelivered due to an . RITZ TREND SHOP addressing error, a full refund will be issued including shipping charges.


If a request is made to change the address of an order after it has already shipped, RITZ TREND SHOP will forward the request to the shipping carrier. All fees imposed by the shipping carrier for address corrections and/or changes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note, requests for address corrections are not guaranteed.

Importing Taxes Info.

 RITZ TREND SHOP, sellers don’t add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping coast. However in most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods, Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paper work, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country. Therefore, we cannot and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We cannot calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.


Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout. Our sellers are more than happy to follow your instructions.

No Sales Tax Charged By RITZ TREND SHOP

Import Duty and Sales Tax Charged By Your Country:

  • Some countries charge tax on certain imported products, at certain quantity/value levels. Some countries do not. You are responsible for finding out the situation in your own country.
  • Whatever you order from RITZ TREND SHOP, we will send you. We won’t enforce any rules so it’s up to you to make sure that what you are buying is OK to import in your country.
  • Many countries charge two kinds of  tax  when you import anything  from overseas. These are (1) Sales Tax (VAT); (2) Import Duty. Usually these taxes are not very high, and the tax is calculated according to the value of the goods (+ shipping sometimes). On the other hand, many countries do not charge any tax on certain types of goods, or on small shipments.

How To Pay Import Taxes

  • If you have to pay any tax on the goods you receive, the most common way is that the taxes are first paid at customs by the courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) and then you simply pay back the courier using cash or your credit card, when they deliver the goods to your door.
  • On bigger orders (meaning, for most countries, anything more than one or two cartons) you should consider hiring a professional licensed Customs Broker to assist you with the clearance of your goods when they arrive in your destination country. This is because tax and contents assessment is applied most strictly to bigger shipments.

  • The Buyer is solely responsible for all import taxes, sales taxes, and any other customs-related charges.
  •   RITZ TREND SHOP accepts no liability for any such charges. Importing taxes and charges cannot and will not be quoted/predicted, and they cannot be reimbursed to you under any circumstances.

  • Please undertake your own research about import regulations and taxes in your country. We can offer informal pre-sales advice, but we will not offer any formal advice or guarantees due to this issue being beyond our control.
  • After you have placed your order from RITZ TREND SHOP , make sure you get in touch with us to confirm details of any customization that you require for your shipping invoice declarations.
  • After your packets have been sent out from our warehouse, we will stay in touch with you and help you with any further importing process steps.


Since the range of  the products we sell are relatively extensive, so it is difficult for us to make the inventory 100% accurate.
sometimes you will receive  the notification  for the out of stock items during the process of preparing in your order though they are shown in stock on the website  when you ordered them .
we will email you to ask for your opinion ,you can choose to replace them or get refunded.
