  • What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

    Yes, We accept returns for sizing issues only. We will try our best to satisfy all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfy, you may return the item to us under the original condition within 3 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. Before return the item, please contact us for the detailed return exchange instruction. We will refund you after receiving the returned items. Buyer will pay for the shipping cost for returning the items. Return Policy Must be unopened items. All items must be unworn and unwashed. All items must have all tags, must attached. All items marked “Complete” cannot be returned. All footwear returns must include the original shoe-box in its original condition, without postal labels. All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact. Returns Policy Goods must be unworn, unwashed and kept folded in original condition and packaging. Goods must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. We suggest that you send item back with tracking as we take no responsibility for lost goods. It is customers responsibility to ensure items get returned promptly and safely to us. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping and no postage paid will be refunded from original purchase.
